the location was good.
The room felt small. It was hard to move around. the bathroom mirror light was broken so putting makeup on was difficult, that was never fixed!

tired spaplastic bath
The spa facilities looked rather worn. it felt more like a local council facility. our room had a cheap-looking plastic bath. I expected better (especially at this price point).

i found the staff very helpful. the room was very spacious. the bed was very confortable. the breakfast i had was very good. the cocktails was very good and the pool table was a nice addition! complimentary robe and slippers come in handy. soaps was a lovely touch.

the gym was great i had fun in it. we both enjoyed the spa. the girls there was lovely. we felt so relaxed i can stay forever. the pool table was nice.

both restaurant and bar areas are well appointed. the breakfast in The Rabbit was excellent, i really enjoy it. the staff could not be more attentive and kind with me. food was delicious.

the room was spacious. the tea and coffee facilities were great (i especially liked the caramel wafers).
the hotel lacks a direct telephone line. all calls go through central reservations, and i was on hold for half an hour. the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations in nearby rooms.
